Shippings and Return policy

Shippings

If your order exceeds $100 before shipping charges are applied and your shipping address is in the 50 United States (does not include U.S. territories), we will ship your package for free. This will be the default shipping method on such orders. If you choose to pay for shipping on an order over $100 shipped in the 50 United States by selecting the paid option during the checkout process, it will not be delivered any faster and we cannot refund your money.

For your security, please provide a Shipping Address where someone can physically receive your order. Valecuatro cannot be held responsible for packages missing or stolen from an unattended address.

  • Priority / 2nd Day Air ($40)
  • Priority / Next Day Air ($60)

We ship from Florida, and offer delivery within the United States. Standard Ship orders received by 1pm EST will ship within 1 business day. Priority Ship orders received by 1pm EST will ship the same day. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We do not offer Saturday delivery. Please let us know if you require any special shipping needs and we will do our best to accommodate you. To make arrangements, please email info.usa@valecuatro.com with high priority. Additional shipping costs for rejected or returned to shipper packages are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with our product.


Defective or unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise must be returned within 15 days after purchase for either refund or exchange. Returned or exchanged items must be returned new and unused with all original garment tags still attached. Sale items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

To initiate the return or exchange process please send an email to info.usa@valecuatro.com Just include a picture of the purchase receipt and tell us what you want to do.

Shipping charges are only refunded in the event we inadvertently sent the wrong item(s) or the item(s) sent are found to be defective. We will gladly exchange like items and ship to you at no additional charge (applicable in the US only). For Hawaii, Alaska, and International orders and exchanges please contact customer service.

Only items purchased through valecuatro.com may be returned to our warehouse. Items purchased through any department store, specialty store or online partner must be returned to the place of purchase.

Valecuatro gift cards are non-refundable.

Returns made after 15 days of the order shipment date but before 30 days will receive a STORE CREDIT ONLY.
